We are pleased that Nadiya Wynn is continuing her restorative yoga course on a Friday lunch-time 12.45-2.00pm, to help you relax at the end of the week.

“Open to all abilities and anyone interested in profound rest and self care. We will explore gentle, subtle postures that use yoga props for support and active-relaxation, bringing the nervous system into balance, and creating a sense of wonderful rejuvenation. This will be a lovely, calming floor based practise with limited places to allow plenty of time and space to set up”

Marj Snape’s morning meditation starts back on Wednesday 10th January 7.00-87.45am  for you early birds and will run term times.

Due to the popularity of the chair yoga classes we are pleased to be offering Gentle Years Chair Yoga class on Fridays, starting January 12th, 11-12.15pm with yoga teacher and physiotherapist Sandy Tubby

“Gentle Years Chair Yoga is a specialised class aimed at the over 60s, with gentle yet invigorating movements designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and mobility, as well as to promote an all round sense of well-being. Chairs are used for seated exercises and to aid in balance when exercising from standing. If you suffer with arthritis, have had a hip or knee replacement, falls, suffer with diabetes, high blood pressure, post stroke, MS or anxiety & depression to name only some of the conditions, this may well be the class for you.”

Sandy is also starting a new Hatha Yoga class on Thursdays 6-7.15pm suitable for all.

Kim Jones Kids Yoga class continues on Mondays 4.30-5.15pm,  and she is starting a new kids class for 9-12 years on Thursdays 5-5.45pm
