We would like to celebrate the range of classes that we cover at the yoga centre.

Please do not worry about class times coinciding with sleep or feeding times, babies are welcomed as babies, and are expected to cry, sleep, need cuddling, feeding and changing.

If you are not quite ready to start the above course, the dates for the next course are:
Thursdays 5th May 1.30-2.45pm (5th, 12th, 26th May, 9th, 16th, 23rd June)

Yoga Sutra study with Sarah Ryan

  • More information about Yoga Sutra

Patanjali’s Yoga Sutra, probably composed around 2,000 years ago, are universally recognised as the classic teaching and ultimate authority on yoga. Amazingly, they are still completely relevant to our life and times. They consist of 195 short aphorisms, because they were designed to be learned by heart. They therefore have to be explained and discussed with a teacher who has learned them from another teacher.

Our April workshops

Well-Woman with Sian Alcock

Well-Woman yoga nourishes every aspect of our lives as women, at whatever phase of our journey we find ourselves, helping us to reconnect with and embrace our naturally arising inner feminine wisdom, bringing us healing and vitality.  In a nurturing and creative space and through our practices we are able to honour our sacredness and power.
Well Woman Yoga “…brings us home to ourselves as women. To honour the natural cycles of our … life is to dance in time with the cosmic rhythms of the universe.” Uma Dinsmore-Tuli

Runners workshop with Kim Jones

Shakti Dance with Magdalena Atkinson

Shakti Dance: the power of intension, This workshop is dedicated to the creative power of our intensions. In Shakti Dance we are using tools to unify the Body-Mind-Spirit, using yoga stretches, intuitive movements, dance, meditation and the intension. While calming the mind and engaging the body, the practice is freeing our intuition and strengthening the connection with the soul.
