Newsletter May 2016

Hello

The horse chestnut tree outside the yoga centre has just burst into life, flooding the studios with its vibrant green. And just as in nature we see the awakening of the potential from Winter into Spring, it is reflected in our centre:

Sue, a yoga beginner, achieving her first Arda Chandrasana:

With best wishes from Sharon and all the teachers and therapists at Dorchester Yoga and Therapy Centre

 Well-Woman with Sian Alcock

Well-Woman yoga nourishes every aspect of our lives as women, at whatever phase of our journey we find ourselves, helping us to reconnect with and embrace our naturally arising inner feminine wisdom, bringing us healing and vitality.  In a nurturing and creative space and through our practices we are able to honour our sacredness and power.

Well Woman Yoga “…brings us home to ourselves as women. To honour the natural cycles of our … life is to dance in time with the cosmic rhythms of the universe.” (Uma Dinsmore-Tuli)
