Spring 2024

We have new teachers joining us this Spring!! Clare Jones is offering a Yin and Yang class on Sundays at 4.30pm, Fred Burnham is offering a Men’s Yoga class on Wednesdays 4.45-6.00pm and Claire Pullinger is offering a meditation class on Tuesdays 6.15-7.45pm staring March 19th. A new Pilates class starting with Sharon Morgan Wednesday mornings 8.00-8.45am.
