Coronavirus Guidance – updated 5/8/2021

We are back to our full timetable. Our class sizes are still restricted, and we cannot accept drop-ins. You must book through the teacher.

You will need to follow the following guidelines:

1. Please bring your own mat and any yoga equipment. Blocks and bricks can be borrowed at your own risk.
2. Equipment is available to buy if you don’t have any.
3. Please bring a pillowcase to cover bolsters/cushions.
4. Mats must be placed in the measured floor tape.
5. Please do not come if you or a family member feel unwell with Covid symptoms.

 

Please email the teacher for details to join their online classes and they will let you have payment details. Please note if you are a new student you will need to fill out a health questionnaire.
