Coronavirus Guidance – updated 17/5/2021

We are back to our full timetable. Our class sizes are restricted, mats are 2 metres apart and we cannot accept drop-ins. You must book through the teacher.

You will need to follow the following guidelines:

1. Please bring your own mat and yoga equipment. 
2. Equipment is available to buy if you don’t have any.
3. Please bring a pillowcase to cover bolsters/cushions.
4. Please wear your mask when entering the building, and in all communal areas until you are on your mat/ in your place. (Mats must be placed in the measured floor tape).
5. Please do not come if you or a family member feel unwell with Covid symptoms.
